How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send an email to dmca@flinku.dev with the following information:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) of the infringing content on our platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and take appropriate action including removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

Repeat Infringers

Flinku will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@flinku.dev.
